Refunds may be given only when the return of merchandise is made must within 7 days of date of purchase (as specified in the purchase receipt), subject to the conditions and restrictions below:

1) You have 7 days for a full refund, and 30 days for store credit or exchange.  All Returns require that the item must be returned in the original, factory-sealed unopened packaging, with all pieces and in original condition.

2) An original purchase receipt is required when returning an item.

3) All special orders are final sale. Returns are done at your expense and we advise you to take insurance on your package as we will not be held responsible if your package gets lost.

4) PLEASE NOTE: Retails indicating “Final” or “Special” are FINAL SALE products -No Refunds or Returns available.

Please note the following items are final sale:

- Special orders

-Toys (unless in their original package)

- Floor models

- Assembled products

- Car Seats, pillows, baby carriers

- Receiving, swaddles blankets

All returned items must be in its original condition and packaging. You will be refunded the cost of the product only, not the original shipping. This also applies to products that are advertised with Free Shipping. The actual cost of shipping these products will not be refunded. Additionally, all shipping to return the product to the merchant will be at the purchasers' expense. There will also be a 20% restocking fee for all items.
