We understand that circumstances can change and are willing to assist when possible, should the occasion arise. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel any orders which: have already been shipped by the manufacturer, are being custom made especially for you, or noted as a clearance or "as is" item; your order may still be on the way. Most of our products are in stock at a local warehouse for quick shipment. Generally your order is picked up by us within 1-5 business days upon notification that we have "scheduled to ship". We will not charge a fee on cancelled orders that have not been processed! All orders are normally processed within 24 hrs. A restocking fee may apply after this time frame.
If your order is already in transit, as with a return, the customer will be responsible for actual freight BOTH ways in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Red Apple helps subsidize freight; please be aware actual freight charges are higher than originally charged. Return Shipping Fees are estimated at 15 - 25% of the purchase price.
